TGIF!!
When I worked a real job...I always say that like writing isn't a real job! Anyway, I lived for Friday. I agonzied through the week waiting for Friday. Now that I'm writing full time there are a lot of weeks when I go...it's Friday, already?! Mainly because during the week I haven't finished everything I wanted to accomplish and Friday is the enemy. A day that I use to gauge what I've done and some weeks come up short.
Not this week. This week I wanted to blog here (check!), revise my Fantasy Mistress proposal for Desire (check!), start new dangerous dark paranormal idea (check!), eat healthy (amazingly, check!), chat with friends (check!)
What about you and Fridays? Love them? Hate them? Just another day?

Kathy,
It's amazing, but I feel the same way about Fridays! It's my gauge as to what I've accomplished during the week and often times, I think oh my Goodness, it's Friday again. But it's a good thing and we don't work 9-5, but more 7 am to midnight! I'm always in this chair, it seems and it's how I set my goals and accomplish them so TGIF to some! I'll still be in this chair on the weekend!

I'm usually sorta so-so about Fridays, but today was a special Friday because I got an envelope in the mail with a contract for a story I submitted to a magazine! I'm surprised I didn't shatter the windows when I opened the envelope and realized what it was. I screamed. I jumped up and down. I screamed some more. I jumped up and down some more. And then I emailed all my friends AND my husband who just last night told me I spend too much time on the computer. "Where did you get the idea for the story?" he asked. It took every ounce of control I had not to smirk when I replied, "On the Internet." **gg**
